Item cut on pearl card, then pieces together and embellished with pearls, on top Happy Birthday and name with Roses.
The cake was glued together and hand made flower on top.
Sides done with pearls, inside the cake I created a small card that sat in the bottom to write on and cut hole through rest of cake so a jewellery pouch could be inserted.
