Happy Birthday TopperCompleted by Diane Baldrey

This card is made using silver mist and dusky pink pearlescent card. I matted and layered onto a 21cm square card then added an embossed panel in the centre to display the topper.

The borders were cut from another of Lynn's designs cup314067_1577. the only other embellishments I added were a couple of punched flowers and a few gems.

The finished result looks stunning when the light hits it which can't be seen on the photograph.
