I used white pens on blue translucent paper to make this then mounted the piece on gold glitter card with sentiments cut out, finishing with ribbon and silver stickers

I opened the file in Silhouette studio and cut out with the craft robo, using red card stock. I adhered the finished frame to black cardstock and finished with a white insert.
