Leaf Frames Mats and Edgings

For this card I chose to cut a complete mat out of green linen textured/printed card and a frame out of pale green card. I chose a size of each that went with the square base card I wanted to use and cut them out with my CraftROBO. I stuck the mat followed by the frame element directly to my card then decorated with a simple flower (cup184757_198) using the part that had been cut out as "veins" from the leaf border as little ferney leaves behind the flower.

With both frames and edgings, in a variety of sizes, all with suitable mats, this is a very useful cutting file to have in your digital cutting library. Cut out of green, to go with the leaf theme, or cut out of bronzes or golds to give an autumnal feel, there are a lot of colour schemes that these could be cut out of to complement the topper they are to be used with.
