I used black mirror board and pink glossy card. I ran a black felt tip pen along the cut edges of the black card. I added coloured kebab sticks inbetween the wheels and made a handle using pink beads threaded onto craft wire.
I finished off with small fabric flowers on each of the wheels and a few gems. The result is stunning.
