I cut the back and front in white shimmer pearl 260 gms card and the topper in aqua shimmer,added the topper with gel glue and threaded aqua chiffon ribbon and added bows to the top the sentiment I cut in white glitter and aqua pearl and added with foam pads,to complete I added gemstones to the flowers,WOW ! this design looks just stunning and what a wondrful keepsake for a new baby,file also includes a new baby girl topper.
