A beautiful design this one and can be used for a few occasions, there is a small aperture on the front so under the top layer add a photo of your Scan picture and add the details of name, size & expected arrival date..

Or you could use a photo of the newborn with details of birth date, size and name.. I would suggest you use the pen tool to add your details as the tag is only small.
