Christmas Card Template Noel 2 LayeredCompleted by Laura Nicholls

I cut the design out with my Silhouette Cameo. I used 3d foam pads to stick and Noel screen to the card so it looked like 3D. I used a tape pen for all the other bits. I used a red ribbon from my stock to finish the card off.
