The file was cut out of smooth card. The background has had a pattern put onto it. The layers were cut out using shades of yellow and the top layer was cut out using the white card.
The layers were mounted using sticky foam pads.
A peel off border was added and star shaped gems.

Another really beautiful design which makes a stunning card. Using a Silhouette Cameo, I cut the section containing the frame, and the two bells with cut-outs on silver mirror card. I cut the two backing bell shapes on star patterned silver holographic card. The backing paper had a snowflake design which I coloured blue, and I printed it on 160gsm card. I attached the bells with cut-outs to the backing shapes with glue, and then used double sided tape to attach them to the frame section. The completed design was attached to A4 Card folded to A5 landscape size, then trimmed to fit.
