CHRISTMAS CANDLE TOPPER 7Completed by Jean Rowley

This file cuts beautifully and makes a stunning topper for a holiday card. I cut the main pattern out of metallic gold paper and added colored layers underneath. For the backing of the topper I used a textured gold paper for definition.

Foam dimensionals raise it up slightly from the card front and a circle of silver glitter paper creates the halo effect and accents the flame.
