Happy Christmas with Stars Cutout CardCompleted by Deidre Chisnall

I made this card using my Brother Scan and Cut. I made the base card out of white card stock and the insert out of gold textured wrapping paper.

I then used a Silver washie tape to create the edge boarder on the card and then after deciding it needed something else added 2 different shades of blue diamante runners for the streamers to add another dimension to my card.
