I cut out the card using my Cricut Machine. I added some dark blue sparkly paper behind the cut out scene. A peel off sentiment was added to the panel. Such a quick and easy card to make, looks great.

Opened in Silhouette studio and cut out all sections. Attached backing card stock with DST. Attached elements with wet glue, attached front piece with foam pads. Pic does not do this set justice, this is a great colleciton.
