CHRISTMAS BELLS AND STARS FRAMED CARD TOPPERCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

I cut this from 160gsm black card and non-shed white glitter card using my Scan'n'Cut. I stuck the white matting layer to the inside front of the card using a thin layer of 3D glue gel and a dottie tape pen.

I used collall tacky glue to stick the shaped matting layer behind the black Stars frame and then stuck this onto the centre front using 4mm foam pads.
