I mounted the layers on a 6 x 6 inch folded card base. Each layer was attached to the card using foam adhesive which I cut to fit small areas. This really enhanced the layers by giving added dimension. The flowers were created using crep paper.
I did not have a pattern but found some tutorial on line. The sentiment is cut from glitter vinyl.
