Cutting files to make the card bases in two sizes to layer. You then have the cutting files to cut the strips to place behind the black layer but you need your own coloured card to do this which you then stick together slightly overlapping.

The greeting is supplied both with and without an outline in png format sized to fit as shown on the front of the card which you can then mat onto a coloured layer if required.
