Lots of possible card designs with these files: Make unique photo cards by using a photo for the center panel, or use the large panel for stamped art, with decorative papers for the other panels. Use plain cardstock for the panels and emboss after cutting. Print full page art and use it as the top layer, or children's art work.

The card base image was printed on heavy white card stock and the layers on colored card stock and designer papers.
All were cut.
The oval sentiment on the card front is using the largest oval in the tags with the colored card stock in a slightly larger size for layering.
All of the ephemera items were added using glue and dimensional foam tape.
