I cut both parts of the main card from pink linen 220gsm cardstock using my Cricut Air. I then cut the sentiment from purple shimmer adhesive vinyl and mounted onto the front of the card.
I cut the flowers from sparkle card and the leaves from green vinyl and added to the front. I then stuck the card together and finished with embellishments.

I used 220 gsm white card to cut the card base and Z fold front strip. The flowers, leaves and Happy Birthday frame are cut from various colours of 180 gsm card and attached to the base card with wet glue.
