All of the kids and balloons are cut from photo paper. The card base is cut from cardstock. I put the balloon Happy Birthday above the arch because I didn't want it to be partially hidden by the kids.

I opened the files originally in Silhouette Studio business addition, made any changes I wanted and then saved them as svg's so I could use them Canvas Workspace to be cut on my Scan N Cut.

Making changes in Canvas Workspace isn't as easy as using Silhouette. I wanted the design for the front to fill the space so I made it larger.
