I cut the card out of blue card stock, the dolphins out of grey and the water out of a lighter blue color.
I backed the flags with red the dolphins with grey and the boat itself with brown.
Adding a couple of grey dolphins in the waves which I had attached with foam dots for added dimension.

I don't know how Clive thinks these designs up but they are really lovely. I cut the design out with my Silhouette Cameo. I used coloured paper to distinguish the elements of the card. I used the backing sheet to cover the workings on the back of the card.
