Having converted to an FCM file using Scan n Cut canvas I cut the main topper onto light blue card & the backing onto deep blue.

I layered using PVA glue.

Rather than use as the completed card I trimmed the left side then mounted onto a deep blue card blank using DST.

I then added glitter to all the flowers. I added a topper, greeting & embellishments from stash to finish the card.
