I cut the scalloped base card from 220 gsm white card and the offset panel from pale blue 220 gsm card.
For the lattice overlay panel I used white 180 gsm card and the toppers and sentiment were also cut from 180 gsm card in various colours.
I used sticky foam pads to stick the flowers to the card to add dimension.
