Purple is my favorite color, so I cut my card in two different shades of purple, but the insert is white to make my handwriting more readable ;) The layers are put together with double adhesive tape, and the front is decorated with tiny half pearls, a double butterfly cut from a designer printed sheet.

Finally I closed the card with a satin ribbon through the holes in each side of the gate door edges and tied a bow.

I could have used much more decoration, but as this is my first card from this design, I didn't want to hide too much of the fine cut out lines I had been working with when making the design.
