I used 220 gsm white card to cut out the card base and boat topper and turquoise 160 gsm card card for the circle frame and sentiment.
The boat topper and frame are optional and the card looks good with out them but I think they add a nice finishing touch.
I added a panel of blue sea effect patterned paper inside the card.
