I used plain red card as the base , cut out the bear on my craft Robo, then cut out the Backing plate in gpld shimmer card.
I added blue stone eyes, Some lovely glitter ribbon I had, and a couple of peel off balloons and happy birthday.
I used the cut outs to make another lovely card.

I cut the design out with my silhouette cameo. I used coloured paper to fill in the design and then covered the workings with the supplied backing sheet.
