This is a really lovely card and I enjoyed making it. I cut the design out with my Silhouette Cameo. I stuck the topper to the front of the card with double sided tape.
I cut out the happy birthday with my Silhouette Cameo and using a glue pen because it was so delicate I stuck it to the front of the card.
