I cut the box from 220gsm card that I had printed paw print design on . The round tag was from the middle of the cake holder. It was left over after it, The small card tags were made from the left over of the front window section.

Easy to make and great for the cup cakes. I used book binding glue to stick the boxes together as it gives a strong hold.
