I used one of the lacy ribbons as a background strip and added in a die cut frame using Gina Marie Designs Dies.. and colored up a Power Poppy image using Chameleon Markers, which I set in the frame. I attached it all to a pretty pastel lime green card base which is from a value pack of textured cards from Michaels Craft Stores.

Nice way to add in a decorative band if you don't want to use fabric ribbons.
