This gorgeous layered baby card consists of the card, which has a 'petal cut-out' border down the side and 'ribbon holes' for slotting ribbon through and the topper, which consists of 2 scalloped ovals with 'cut-out' designs around the edge and finally, the teddy.
This card has been decorated for a girl, but looks equally good decorated for a boy!

Base card was cut from printed card stock. The elements were cut from blue and white card. The oval mats were attached with DST and the teddy was atached with foam pads. The features of the teddy were stuck on using a Quickie gle pen.
I made a tiny bow from 3mm white satin ribbon which I stuck on with silicone glue. I threaded through ribbon which said 'It's a boy' and attached this at the back of the card using tape.
I added small blue pearls to the card between the ribbon slots using sillicone glue.
