Decorative Baby Pram With Layers Cameo Cutz FilesCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Used Light Blue and a Darker Blue textured cardstock for this card. I used the Light Blue to cut out the plain pram. I cut the filigree Pram in the Darker Blue. I cut this file out on my Cameo machine.

To Construct I used DST to attach the Plain Pram onto a Textured Pearl coloured Card. I then used glue to attach the Decoupage elements. I used Pale Blue for the outer wheels and the hood decoration. To finish I stuck a Blue Bow on one corner, a silver Congratulations Sticker, crystal Bling and silver Glitter on Pram to finish the card.

This is an easy design to cut and makes up well
