Multi Framed Anniversary CardCompleted by Bodil Lundahl

I cut the cardbase in dark purple together with "Happy Anniversary". The circle mat is cut in a lilac card stock, and the square mat plus the circle frame (mounted inside the card) in a very elegant white shimmering cardstock. I layered the mats and placed them to fit the hole in the card. As is shown on my second photo I glued a striped translucent soft purple vellum circle over the hole on the inside of the card and framed it with the white circle frame. This vellum allows you to see the front decoration as a shadow, when the card is open and the light is lead through it. I decorated the card front with some punched flowers and a single machine cut one plus some die cut leaves. Finally I glued tiny purple gemstones round the inner edge of the circle mat.

I cut a white cardstock mat for an insert by tracing the outline of the square mat and reduce the size a little, and I used the "Happy Anniversary" on this instead of on the card front.

I really loved making this card in my favorite colors, and the hole through the circle gives a lot of possibilities for making a beautiful and unique card.
