I cut the base card from 220 gsm white card using my Silhouette Cameo then used wet glue to attach the cat and butterfly toppers which I cut from 180 black and lilac card.
To finish off I added a ribon bow to the largest cat and made an insert from pale blue card.

The file included the cut out base card plus extra toppers for the cats and butterfly. The bow is not included as this is a ribbon embellishment.
