3D Cut Out Flowers stand-up jug card - first I selected four colours of card for the flowers. I cut out a variety of flowers and embossed some using a floral embossing folder and left others unembossed for contrast.

I glued the overlapping flowers onto the green, card mushroom-shaped, slot-in piece. I embellished the flowers with stick-on diamond type shapes and added some extra sparkle to the petals with pink and clear glitter glue.

I cut out a jug shape in a pretty pale pink card which I embossed with a wicker pattern embossing folder.

The floral insert was then inserted into the jug card base through the slit in the fold, at the top of the jug. (It is held stable by a 'stopper' made from card which is attached to the inside bottom of the jug, on both sides.

I carefully lifted up some of the petals to give a more life-like effect. Final touches were the double layer glittered pink bow and the 'Happy Birthday' tag which were attached with a sticky foam pad.

The card is approx 22 cm high.
