These wooden products are painted with Plus Color Craft Paint and then decorated with Pearl Pen.

Paint the wooden hangers with Plus Color Craft Paint. Let them dry.

Make dots with a Pearl Pen. Lift the tip of the bottle slightly away from the hanger and carefully squeeze the bottle. Let it dry.
