Painted with Plus Color Craft Paint and decorated with crystals with rhinestones.

Paint the angel.

Make dots with the end of a brush.

Cut hair from paper yarn, glue it on. You could make a hairdo by twisting the hair round, then attach with some glue.

Cut a piece of a silver pipe cleaner.

Twist round to make a halo and glue it on.

Glue felt flowers together to make a flower chain and then glue it onto the angel's hands.
