3D Liner on Textiles
These textiles have all been decorated with colourful designs made with a black marker pen and 3D Liner.

You may draw your design onto the fabric using a pencil and a black marker pen. Use a brush when applying 3D Liner. Let it dry.

Make dots and lines with 3D Liner. Let it dry. NB: Hand wash only.
