A Hanging Decoration
Paper strips are rolled using a quilling pen and wedged in a heart frame. They are assembled with a coat of Dana Super Hobby Glue.

Use a quilling pen for twisting the paper strips and insert/wedge them into the frame.

Fill in all the holes/spaces of the frame and apply Dana Super Hobby glue to the entire surface.

Attach a piece of mercerised cotton yarn for hanging.
