Easter Decorations
These papier-m ch Easter hanging decorations have been painted with Plus Color Craft paint and decorated with dots made with 3D Puff Liner, which is puffed up with a heat gun. Finally attach a flower ribbon.
You may attach a flower ribbon using double-sided adhesive tape and a pom-pom for the Easter bunny's tail.
