A row of streamers
Make summer streamers from felt and decorate them with napkins which are glued on with A-color Allround medium glue lacquer.

Apply a thin covering layer of A-color Allround medium glue lacquer to the felt using a brush.

Attach the outer thin layer with the design onto the felt and gently apply another layer of A-color Allround medium glue lacquer. Let it dry.

Cut streamers using the template.

Attach the top end of the streamers around a piece of flax twine using a glue gun.
