Fun Hats
Lovely bandanas decorated with painted doilies.

Paint the doilies with Textil Silk paint. Let it dry. Apply a generous layer of decoupage lacquer onto the fabric. Attach the doilies.

Apply a generous layer of decoupage lacquer on top of the doily. Let it dry. Fix with an iron.
The bucket hat is decorated with Neon Deco Fabric Markers and organza sequins. Apply a small blob of 3D-Liner, a flower on top and finally another blob of 3D-Liner.
