A Garland of Hearts
These are cheerful hearts made from carded wool. They are needle felted using a shape cutter as a frame.

Place the shape cutter on the needle felting foam pad and fill it up with carded wool.

Needle felt the heart and needle felt extra wool along the edges to add some structure to the heart.

Sew a thin decorative ribbon onto the heart.

Finish by sewing or gluing a small bow onto the heart using a glue gun.
