Decoupage on Papier-M ch
These papier-m ch items are painted with Plus Color Craft paint. Then decoupage paper is glued onto the papier-m ch items with VTR adhesive. Foam rubber flowers and wooden wheels are used for decoration.

Paint the papier-m ch with Plus Color Craft paint.

Tear small pieces of decoupage paper and glue them onto the the papier-m ch with VTR adhesive or decoupage lacquer.

Paint a saddle on the papier-m ch using Art Metal gold paint.

Paint the wheels and the crown.

Glue the wheels and crown onto the the papier-m ch .

Use a marker pen for adding extra details.
