Ready-made pre-cut wooden goats decorated with tissue paper and painted with Plus Color.

Glue the tissue paper onto the wooden goat using decoupage lacquer. Apply all over.

You may paint the edges with Plus Color gold.

Tie on a ribbon and glue a small wood veener sticker onto each end of the ribbon.
