Hand-made papier-m ch cup cakes painted with Plus Color and sprinkled with glitter. Attach a self-adhesive paper lace border and decorate with Plus Color in a refill bottle with a thin tip.

Paint the cup cakes with Plus Color. Start at the base and let it dry. Then paint the top and sprinkle on glitter.
