Candle holders covered with a row of faceted beads on an elastic beading cord arranged in a zigzag pattern on Vivi Gade weaving paper strips.
Half a small weaving paper strip lengthwise.
Make holes with a needle at 2cm intervals. Cut the weaving paper strip at 29cm.
Thread the elastic beading cord up through the hole, thread on a bead and thread the beading cord down through the next hole.
Arrange the weaving paper strips around a candle holder and tighten so that the beads are lying close together. Tie another couple of knots.
Make another two rows.
Make holes in a weaving paper strip and arrange the strip tightly around the candle holder with double-sided adhesive tape.
Make another candle holder with a weaving paper strip at its full width and with larger faceted beads. The length of the weaving paper strip is still 29cm. Make holes at 2cm intervals.
