Draw the number of streamers that you want on a piece of recycled cardboard using the template.
Cut out.
Make a fold at the middle of the streamer with scissors.
Attach rhinestones and sequins with a 3D-Liner.
Attach sequin ribbons with double-sided adhesive tape.
Attach Christmas sequins with a 3D-Liner.
Attach sequin ribbons at the top with double-sided adhesive tape.
Attach the last decorations with a 3D-Liner (for instance star sequins).
Make a line around the edges of the streamer with a 3D-Liner.
Attach gold ribbon to the inside of the streamer using double-sided adhesive tape.
Attach double-sided adhesive tape to the outside of the streamer and close it around the gold ribbon.
The bunting can of course be adjusted to your chosen length and numbers of individual streamers. Remember to decorate the front and the back of the streamers as the bunting usually can be seen from both sides. The decoration on the streamers can be varied in many ways. It's a good idea to continue the decoration in the same style and colour shades, thereby achieving a more consistent effect..
