Paint the coat rack with Plus Color craft paint and decorate it with glued on pieces of hand-made paper. Apply 3D Snow Effect to the roof using a spatula. Paint the wooden numbers and hang the gifts on the coat rack with checked ribbon.
Paint the roof and the edges with off white Plus Color craft Paint.
Place the paper on top of the house on the coat rack and use a bone folder when scoring around the shape of the house. Add 6mm to the edges.
Attach the paper with decoupage lacquer. Cut off the corners at the bottom prior to turning the paper inwards.
Apply 3D Snow Effect onto the roofs with a spatula.
Paint the wooden numbers with Plus Color craft paint.
Glue on the numbers.
Tie a checked ribbon bow onto each hook; you will also need four parcels.
