A Lantern with a Snowy Landscape
This large lantern is decorated with Vivi Gade Design Decoupage paper and then dappled with 3D snow effect.

Cut out a motif from decoupage paper and attach it to the large lantern using decoupage lacquer.

Apply 3D snow effect onto the lantern using a spatula.

Make small dots on the lantern using a foam stencil brush.

Decorate with a Pearl Pen along the decoupaged motif.
