Paint the heart. Attach the design and paint. Dab Plus Crackle onto the heart. Apply a coat of white Plus Color paint.

Paint the heart with black Plus Color paint. Attach the punched out design onto the heart and apply another coat of black Plus Color.

Dab Plus Crackle onto the heart with a sponge. Let it dry for approx. two hours at room temperature.

Apply a coat of white Plus Color quickly and evenly.
