With flower decorations made of feathers, rhinestones and ColourCraft coloured copper wire.
Cut a circle of felt or fabric with a diametre of about. 4-5cm. (Use what you have, which can be used as a base for the feathers ...)
Glue feathers in your desired colours onto the circle all the way around with the feather shaft toward the center.
If you wish you could glue on several layers of feathers until the flower has the thickness and density you want.
Glue three rhinestones onto the middle of the feather flower using a glue gun.
Apply 3D-Liner silver glitter onto the tips of the feathers and let it dry. (You may spread the 3D-Liner using your finger).
Cut three pieces of ColorCraft coloured copper wire, each measuring approx. 8cm, with a side cutter.
Bend one end of each piece of wire approx. 1cm and glue these onto the underneath of the rhinestones using a glue gun. (Bend the wire pieces to your desired shape and length ...).
Glue two rhinestones onto each side of the three wire ends using a glue gun.
Finally glue the finished feather flower onto the hair band.
