A Greeting Card with a Cut-Out Decoration and Printed Text
This greeting card is decorated with a cut-out background made from pastel coloured tissue paper. A black text printed onto white paper is cut out with precision scissors, making a scalloped edge. This is glued onto the card on top of the tissue paper.

Cut a piece of tissue paper slightly smaller than the greeting card format. Fold the tissue paper in half at least twice and cut a pattern of holes with precision scissors using your imagination.

Carefully glue the tissue paper with the pattern of holes onto the front of the greeting card. Smooth out.

Print a text or a verse - black on white paper. Trim the edge with a precision scissors for making scalloped edges and glue this onto the attached tissue paper.
